01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. 02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on gt9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You are 21 years of age or older. gt9999 will request identity verification documents to confirm this requirement.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the gt9999 platform or any related service.
• You do not hold and have not previously held a gt9999 account under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method.
• You are registering using your own true identity — the use of pseudonyms, aliases, or fictitious names is strictly prohibited.
• You have not been diagnosed with, and are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction, unless you have obtained documented medical clearance to resume gaming activities.

03 Your Account

Each eligible player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the gt9999 platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the gt9999 support team at [email protected] immediately.
• gt9999 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported.
• gt9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of irregular activity, misuse, or a breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
• Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no automatic conversion of balances to any other currency.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gt9999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• You must use only payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be reversed.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within one (1) to six (6) hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Processing times during peak periods or in cases requiring additional verification may be longer.
• gt9999 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which gt9999 bears no responsibility.
• gt9999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing is complete. Once processing has begun, cancellation is not possible.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

gt9999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL T20, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonuses are awarded to the account holder only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be played through before a withdrawal can be made. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• gt9999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds are deducted from your account balance before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Promotions may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Players who have already received a bonus will not be retroactively affected by mid-campaign changes, subject to the remaining wagering requirements.
• Using multiple accounts, payment methods, or devices to claim the same promotion more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account suspension.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on gt9999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome determined by the platform's systems and game providers.

• Bets are final once confirmed. gt9999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of a documented technical error on the platform's part.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, gt9999 will use its game provider's recorded data to determine the outcome. The result determined by the provider's server log is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may vary by game type, provider, and account tier.
• gt9999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event or market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Any attempt to exploit errors in odds, game mechanics, or software — including through automated betting tools, bots, or scripts — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

07 Responsible Gaming

gt9999 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players directly within the account settings panel and do not require a support request to activate.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps on their account at any time. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them of how long they have been actively playing in a single session.
• Cooling-off periods: A temporary restriction on deposit access, configurable from 24 hours up to 30 days, available instantly from account settings.

08 Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gt9999 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the gt9999 platform content without the prior written consent of gt9999.
• Game titles, graphics, and mechanics supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other providers are the intellectual property of those respective providers and are licensed to gt9999 for use on this platform.

09 Limitation of Liability

• gt9999 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• gt9999 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to secure their login credentials or for losses attributable to third-party system failures (e.g., bKash or Nagad outages).
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by licensed third-party providers. gt9999 is not liable for outcomes that a player considers unfair on the basis of personal expectation.
• In jurisdictions where a limitation of liability clause is not enforceable, gt9999's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Termination & Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions below.

• Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your gt9999 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Platform-initiated closure: gt9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where there is a reasonable belief that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to exploit the platform, or poses a financial or reputational risk to gt9999.
• Upon platform-initiated closure for cause, gt9999 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, gt9999 may forfeit that balance in accordance with these Terms.
• Any disputes relating to account closure must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the closure notification.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming platform operation. Any disputes arising from your use of the gt9999 platform should first be raised with the support team at [email protected]. gt9999 is committed to resolving disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

• All disputes must be submitted in English in writing to [email protected], including a clear description of the issue, the date it occurred, and any supporting evidence such as transaction references or screenshots.
• gt9999 aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
• Decisions made by gt9999 on the outcome of games and sporting events, following a review of server-side data and game provider records, are final.
• gt9999 does not accept liability for any loss of earnings, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, or any other economic loss arising out of or in connection with a dispute.

12 Amendments & Contact Information

Your continued use of the gt9999 platform following any revision of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account in accordance with Section 10 above.
